HOW PROTECTIVE ARE YOUR CASES?
ABEBERRY cases are expertly crafted to fuse fashion with serious function. Shipping & Delivery
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

Order Processing: Most orders are packed and leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Please note this processing time is separate from the actual shipping transit.

International Delivery: Typically takes 10-21 business days after shipping for most countries. These are estimates, and delays can occur due to factors like customs processing, which are beyond our control. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER YET?
Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. The moment your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.
WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDING ANY INFORMATION?
Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system after the tracking number is generated. If your tracking details still show as "not found" after this period, please contact us at shop@abeberry.com.
WHY DOES MY PACKAGE SHOW "DELIVERED" WHEN I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?
In the rare event that a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

Checking around your property with household members or neighbors.

Contacting your local post office or the delivery courier directly, as they often have the most precise and up-to-date delivery information.
While we will gladly assist in the investigation, ABEBERRY cannot be held liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier.
Returns & Modifications
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes. We accept returns for items sent back to us within 3 days of the date you received your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please see our full Return Policy for more details.
HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Need to adjust your order? Simply email us at shop@abeberry.com within 12 hours of placing your order. For swift assistance, please include your order number and the specific changes you'd like to make (e.g., new design/color URL, different device type).
